My service in the real estate industry for over 15 years has given me a deep understanding of how valuable each property is.  

I have earned a reputation in the industry of being approachable, friendly, flexible, analytical and persistent. These skills have earned me the success as a realtor and given my clients their well valued properties. My best skill- being a negotiator.  

In my career thus far, I have sold 500 million dollars in sales transactions. Given that 80% of my business is from referrals or repeat clients, our sales records show we have satisfied clients who are confident in our work.  

My clients are like family, we provide counseling and guidance in strategic planning, space utilisation, transactions management and financial structuring. It's part of our concierge service*. In addition, to add value to the real estate community at large, I impart training and coach incoming realtors, technique to secure successful deals.

Thushi Thurairajah is an award winning and accomplished real estate agent with over a decade of experience, who resides in Whitby, Ontario. Thushi understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication, clients’ referrals and by being accessible whenever you need me.

Prior to getting a real estate license, Thushi helped family and friends find a home through other agents. If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you, so you can be well-equipped with the strongest possible negotiating position. My background experience was previously as a Technician at Bell Canada and through this I had the opportunity to work on numerous special projects. I am honed with skills such as customer service, negotiation, marketing, resolving issues and satisfying customers' needs.

Thushi is a Real Estate Sales Representative, Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). He is an active member of Tamil Chamber of Commerce and Canadian political parties. He is also involved in community work by helping Children's Miracle, Sick Kids, Breast Cancer foundations and helping underprivileged families in Sri Lanka.
